Welcome to my homepage!
I am a researcher and Habilitant in the ConQuEr group at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg in Erlangen, Germany. My research activities cover a lot of stuff concerning the mathematical and theoretical aspects of quantum mechanics and quantum field theories. You can always reach me by e-mail for discussions or potential collaborations.
Currently accepting B.Sc. and M.Sc. theses: just write me a message if you're interested.
News:
Two new (twin) papers on arXiv. Here we determine self-adjoint realizations of higher-order squeezing operators; and here we use this knowledge to explain a seemingly paradoxical dependence of numerical simulations on the parity of the truncation dimension.
Two new papers on arXiv: we characterize quantitatively the performance of higher-order refinements of the rotating-wave approximation for the semiclassical Rabi model, and we find eternal bounds for spectral transitions in perturbed quantum systems.
